Advanced Musical Theatre Production, Ages 11+

July 19-23 & 26-30 (2 weeks)

David and Emmanuelle are back and excited to do one last musical on Zoom with the Ottawa Children’s Theatre this summer. They will continue to encourage their cast to expand, grow and reach their acting, singing and dancing potential, before heading back to their busy lives on and off Broadway!

 

Using a script, each participant will explore a character, sing a solo, learn multiple choreographies, and have private coaching with one or both of the directors. This course is primarily for students who have advanced background in musical theatre.

 

Once enrolled, participants will be asked to submit a short video of themselves singing a song they love so that David and Emmanuelle can cast the show before camp begins. Details about the video will be emailed in mid-June.

NB: Additional rehearsal time will be added to the Wednesday-Friday of the second week of camp for dress rehearsals (11:00-12:30, 12:30-1:30  for lunch, then 1:30-4:30.)
